This brochure is aimed at youth, popular and leisure sports enthusiasts and covers questions and information about doping and the misuse of medications. It is distributed at major popular sports events. The purpose of the information provided in the booklet is to change the attitudes of athletes and the public. The anti-doping rules only apply to organized competitive sport. The term used in popular and leisure sport is not doping, but drug abuse. However, the health risks are similar, if not greater.

This brochure is therefore dedicated to the early provision of information about current developments and, in particular, potential dangers. This brochure has been put together by Antidoping Schweiz (Antidoping Switzerland foundation) and adapted and updated by NADA Austria.

The "Clean and Healthy" brochure has been produced in collaboration with the Österreichischer Apothekerverband (Austrian Pharmacy Association) and the Ministry of Sports and specifically addresses the risks and side effects of drug use and abuse. The brochure is available in all Austrian pharmacies.
