NADA Austria's quality management system was completely revised and adapted to the requirements raised by a high-quality anti-doping organization meeting current standards.
The user interface depicted below represents the portal to the Intranet-based QM system, which may be accessed by all NADA Austria employees.
Special attention is paid to benchmarking, analysis and improvement. Insights distilled from performance indicators are used to continually improve the realization processes as a whole.
